We are so excited to be serving God as Church Planters in Seattle, WA.  Our vision is to simply be and make disciples of Jesus Christ in authentic community for the good of the world. As missional leaders of The House we strive to orient our lives around Christ with others in authentic community. We have a dream of people being released into their communities to serve on city councils, volunteer for city needs, and add value to their communities in any way they can, all in the name of Jesus. We believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ is incarnational, and must be lived out in all of life. We live to love God, love each other, and to love the world.

Brian and Betsy are from the greater West Michigan area. They are both graduates of Calvin College and Western Theological Seminary. Brian is also a graduate of Calvin Theological Seminary. They love being parents of Samuel, and as a family have a passion for the outdoors. They love backpacking, biking, sailing, scuba diving and discovering new places. They have been known to jump off cliffs, climb mountains and swim with sharks. Most importantly, they want to live life on the edge with God.
