We are missionaries with Christian Reformed World Missions in Honduras. Our primary ministry is theological education and leadership training.

Since the retirement of our colleagues in December, we have taken on even more responsibilities. Ellen recently led a workshop with the leadership from all six regions of the country to kick off a new planning process. Both Ellen and Paul will be advising the leaders as they develop plans for their regions in the next few months, and we appreciate prayers for wisdom and God's leading for everyone involved.

Also, Ellen is currently working on two writing projects: a family devotional guide based on the CRC's "Contemporary Testimony" and a set of lessons on "The Church and Domestic Violence." Domestic violence is a widespread problem within and outside of the church.

Our workload is intense, and we appreciate your prayers for our family. We are honored to partner with you in God's service!
